Before you book
- What information do I need in order to book?
We need your name and surname so that we could write your name on paper while we will be waiting for you on Split Airport.
We need your contact details such as email and phone number.
We need your country of origin and town.
We need your number of flight so that we can follow up eventual flight delays.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
You can pay in cash at the end of the transfer, or choose paypal to pay before the transfer.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes you can, but you need to contact us first and we will offer you price for your special type of journey. Simply use or contact form and write your planned route. You will get the best price definitely.
- What is included in the price?
Your personal and professional driver
Transportation to your destination (example: transfer from Split airport do Novalja)
Water to drink (during the ride)
Calls inside Croatia (Croatian number only)
In price is NOT included extra waiting time (example: shopping time…).
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will be informed about your flight details all the time and will pick-up you at the right time. We are checking timetable of flights all the time and you don’t have to worry about.
Before you travel
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
Driver will hold a paper with Your name on it at the Arrivals side of Split Airport. If you cannot find your driver or you get lost, go to the information’s center and ask for Split Airport Transfers driver. Another option is to use your mobile and call our company
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Yes, you can but we need at least one day to reorganize ourselves. Try to contact us few days before your trip. We will adjust the price and we won’t charge extra commission because of the changes.
