It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the various terms associated with your contract before placing any bookings. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.This website is translated into several languages. The official version of the website is in English. In case of discrepancy between the original and translated version, English version is to be considered as relevant. .

Terms and conditions are intended to protect users of Internet site Split-airport-taxi-transfers.com and to protect the transportation agency. With the emergence of the Internet, protection from irresponsible, disturbing and distracting, and also illegal acts and activities must be a priority. These conditions are available online, via e-mail or phone.


1.1 When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our system. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Croatian law, and the jurisdiction of the Croatian Courts.
1.2 Customers who agree to cancel any part of their booking should note that their contract with Split-airport-taxi-transfers.com and the supplier concerned will be terminated immediately. Immediate termination of the contract also applies where customers accept a refund, or part refund, at the time of cancellation.


2.1. Transfer implies the transport of at least one passenger from pick-up point to your destination. If pick-up points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, please send us your request and we will contact you with our custom made offer.
2.2. You can choose between four types of transfers and vehicles. The prices are created according to the type of vehicle you choose and the distance between your pick-up point and the destination.
2.2.1.Private transfer:
-Vehicles for 1-3 passengers, 4-8 passengers, 8-14 passengers, 14-28 passengers or 28-49 passengers. Passengers will be met at a Pickup point by a driver holding a name board with passenger’s name on it. The driver will drive the passenger to a desired Drop-off address or to the nearest possible location accessible by car.
2.2.2. Shared transfer:
-Unlimited number of passengers. Waiting time – max. 50 minutes. This type of transfer takes you from the airport to a predefined destination and vice versa.


3.1 A person who wants to make a reservation must be over 18 and have a valid credit / debit card.
3.2 Reservation is carried out online, by filling all the necessary forms.
3.3 Reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the transfer. As an exception, transfer can be booked within 24 hours, but you have to contact our booking agent and get an e-mail approval first.
3.4 A person who enters the data is responsible for their validity. The Transfer provider company does not bear any responsibility for wrongly entered or untrue information.
3.5 A person who enters the data for the group accepts the terms in the name of the whole group, and is responsible for the whole group.
3.6 Reservation is completed and valid when the client receives an instant e-mail confirmation that lists all of the entered data.
3.7 In the case that a customer wants to book a transfer by phone or with driver contracts dates of transfer, it is necessary to provide per phone the credit card information. If the client in this type of reservation does not appear on the agreed place the service provider has the right to charge customer credit card for the full amount of the ordered services.In this type of booking client is familiar with the terms and conditions.


The data from your credit card are given to guarantee the reservation, payment or billing terms formed according to owners of accommodation and those are expressed in the offer and the price of the confirmation granted after booking. To protect data from credit cards, we use “Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. SSL encryption is a tested system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt your data before you send them. For a special offer credit card can be charged immediately upon booking, with no possibility of refund. Please check your details when making such a reservation. In the case of fraud and abuse of your credit card by a third party, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all costs arising from the abuse.


5.1 All vehicles that are used for transfers are properly inspected and ensured in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
5.2 Passengers insurance is included in the price of the transfer.
5.3 A passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances won’t be allowed to enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
5.4 A passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of driver, other passengers or other participants in traffic will be removed from the vehicle, and reported to local police department.
5.5 Smoking, consuming food and beverages, alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Exceptions to this policy are water and soft drinks in bottles. Everything else has to be approved by the driver or Transfer provider’s representative.


6.1 Children under 12 cannot use our service unless they are accompanied by an adult. Children 12 to 18 years have to have a certified written permission of a parent.
6.2 For children up to 5 years in the Private transfer, children’s seat is compulsory. Since the children’s seat takes up one seating place in a vehicle, the child counts as an adult passenger.
6.3 In the shared and low-cost transfer, children up to two years of age sit on one of their parents and travel free of charge. Older children have to pay full price.
6.4 People who have special needs such as disabled people with wheelchairs are obliged to specify that in a reservation form in order to ensure appropriate vehicle. In this case a price may be slightly higher.


It is considered that the standard luggage comprises two large suitcases and one manual luggage per person. If you have more luggage please notify us in advance. The largest permitted amount of luggage are two bags and manual luggage allowed in airplains per person.


8.1 Customer may change reservation details at any time. Administrative fees for changes to the data will be charged as follows:
– Changes made on the day of transport (transfer) will be charged 7€ (euros) while the rest period will not be charged any fees.
8.2 If the price of new transfers is larger than the amount paid, customer will be charged for the difference. If the price of the new transfer is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be returned.

8.3 Cancellation of the transfer is subject to special rules:

– In case of cancellation of transfer 2 or more days before the agreed date of transfer, Transfer provider company will not charge a fee for the cancellation.
– In case of cancellation of transfer 1 or less days before the agreed date of transfer, Transfer provider company will charge your credit card for the full amount of the reservation.
8.4 If the transfer is cancelled within 1 day from the date agreed because of the force majeure (natural disasters, death or serious illness of family members, etc.) Transfer provider Company will return the entire amount paid. Client is obliged to provide valid proof in support of their demands.


In accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions, we are liable only for direct damages you have suffered and incurred in the absence of compliance with obligations that are related to our services. Split-airport-taxi-transfers.com, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or other content creation will not be liable for any criminal liability, direct or indirect losses or damages, loss of contracts, any inaccuracies related to the information described on our website. The drivers reserve the right to deny embarkation to the vehicles in cases of inebriated or misbehaved clients. There can not be any refund for these cases and in the event of damages there may be prosecution and damage claims.


In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.


We monitor all transport arrivals for any possible delays therefore we will wait until you arrive. In the unlikely event that the driver and client can not meet in the specified area, we will try to locate the client via a phone call.

However it is the clients’ responsibility to provide a correct and valid mobile telephone number (incl. International code) at the time of the booking. Failing to do so means that the client assumes responsibility for calling Split-airport-taxi-transfers.com and informing us of any delays or problems locating the driver.

There will be no refund i) if the client does not supply a valid telephone number and fails to contact our 24hr emergency telephone number (printed on the confirmation email and voucher), resulting in a missed transfer, ii) failing to provide correct travel details (flight numbers, time, etc) might result in missing the transfer, as we will not have correct details to monitor your arrival.

In the event that an extra vehicle is needed (ie excessive or oversized luggage, additional passengers, etc) additional charges for the extra/different vehicle will apply.

Unusual requests, not included in the booking engine, are always welcome and our team will endeavor to meet them. There can’t be any guarantee that these requests can be met.

The payed amount covers all possible charges including waiting time after flight landing.
